What is Careers in the Common Good?
Careers in the Common Good (CCG) was created out of a desire to contribute to a more open, innovative Eastern Europe. Our mission is to inspire young adults to apply their passion for the enrichment of their communities: there are as many paths as there are people, and we seek to empower young adults to find the path that is right for them.
What do we do?
Through workshops, panel discussions and annual youth exchanges, we showcase tangible career paths, build a community of forward-thinking individuals and encourage youth to think outside the box as you embark upon their career. With themes of sustainability, human rights and entrepreneurship, our programmes emphasise self-reflection and career choice.
At the basis of our work is the questions "How to good and make good money at the same time? And how to stay well in the process?" We look for answers to this question through different formats.
Regular panel discussions where young professionals share their career story in a reflective and honest way.
Yearly Erasmus+ youth exchanges where we explore the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and possible career journeys.
Further workshops and trainings, such as Youth in Culture (co-financed by Visegrad Fund), Social Project Training or Career Path Seminar.
We also give workshops — online or in person — by request.
